The Old Man of Lochnagar
The Old Man of Lochnagar is a children's book written by Prince Charles and illustrated by Sir Hugh Casson. The story revolves around an old man who lives in a cave in Scotland. Prince Charles told this story to entertain his brothers, Andrew and Edward, when they were young. The book was published in 1980 in aid of The Prince's Trust charity.
STORYTELLER
We want to show an image of Prince Charles telling the story entitled The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter, to a group of pupils of Borrowdale, a Primary school in Stonethwaite, Cumbria, England.

THE COW
by
Robert Louis Stevenson
The friendly cow all red and white,
I love with all my heart:
She gives me cream with all her might,
To eat with apple-tart.
She wanders lowing here and there,
And yet she cannot stray,
All in the pleasant open air,
The pleasant light of day;
And blown by all the winds that pass
And wet with all the showers,
She walks among the meadow grass
And eats the meadow flowers.
